Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Foundelo. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1. The service
Foundelo provides software that helps you research keywords, write, edit, schedule and publish articles, and track how they perform in search. Foundelo is currently in a beta phase, which means features may change, be added or be removed.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Foundelo.
3. Free beta
During the beta, Foundelo is free within the published limits (currently 1 site and 10 articles per month). We may adjust limits to keep the service fair and sustainable. We will not charge you without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.
4. Your content and responsibility
You own the articles generated for you and any content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, and for making sure it is accurate and lawful. AI-generated text can contain mistakes, which is why approval before publishing is on by default.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Foundelo to create spam, deceptive or illegal content, to infringe the rights of others, to manipulate search engines through link schemes, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Third-party services
Foundelo connects to services such as WordPress, Google Search Console and AI model providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
7. No guarantees of rankings
Search engines and AI assistants decide independently what to show. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or business result. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero during the free beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Foundelo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice, or immediately in cases of abuse.
10. Changes and contact
